Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

Present: Pat Teal, Bonnie Bolster, Marion Huxtable, Lynn Gressley

Acceptance of Minutes

The minutes of the January meeting were approved unanimously.

Public Access

The Port Townsend Athletic Club is renovating its facility and in the next month, we will visit to check on the new accessibility features.

Lynn will contact Paula Dowdle of the Hospital again to find out the status of parking lot improvements at the Specialty Clinic.

Work on the Accessible Cultural and Entertainment Facilities brochure continues with Marion and Ian evaluating downtown venues and Pat working on galleries.

Treasury/Fundraising

Bonnie reported that the balance in the main account is $907.52 and the Emergency Account is $32.04.

Because of onerous fees being charged by Bank of America, we are moving both of our accounts to First Federal. The move will be complete by the beginning of March with the possible exception of our telephone bill which is automatically deducted from BOA.

Lynn reported that the 2012 certification of eligibility to apply for UGN funds has been submitted.

 

Next meeting: Tuesday, March 6 from Noon to 2:00 in the Uptown Community Center.
