Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, March 6, 2012

Present: Pat Teal, Bonnie Bolster, Marion Huxtable, Lynn Gressley

Acceptance of Minutes

The minutes of the February meeting were approved unanimously.

Public Access

Since we have not been able to get a response from Paula Dowdle at the Hospital regarding the lack of disabled parking at Medical Short Stay, Lynn will write a letter to Mike Glenn requesting action on improving the accessible parking.

Pat and Marion will make a visit to the PT Athletic Club which is expanding to provide an accessible portion of its facility.

The Voter Access Committee of the Jefferson County Auditor’s Office, of which Pat and Lynn are members, is participating in a grant with Clallam County to provide information and help with voting issues for people with disabilities.

Evaluation of cultural and entertainment venues for our next brochure is proceeding and the hope is that we will be able to publish by late May or early June.

Treasury/Fundraising

Both accounts with Bank of America have been officially relocated to First Federal.

Current fund balance $852.00. Emergency Account $60.04

 

Next meeting: Tuesday, April 3 from Noon to 2:00 in the Uptown Community Center.
